Suite.

We have a sweet suite. This has been my art project for the last several months, and whoofta, we're glad it's completed. Our first short-term tenant has settled in, and now we begin the search for our second.

The fully-furnished suite's available March 1st for a quiet, mature, responsible individual, and amenities include stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), spa-like bathroom with soaker tub, digital cable and 42" TV + DVD, wireless internet, one bedroom + den (or 2 bedrooms: queen bed and single), contemporary design (with "modern art" by yours truly) and furnishings, 9' ceilings, etc. The lights pours into this large, tranquil, and smartly-appointed space. One tenant preferred, but we would consider two. Our home is not well-suited for children, pets, crack addicts, loud talkers, or sex workers. If you are (or know of) any nuns, medical staff (we're a quick walk to both the Royal Alex Hospital and Glenrose Rehabiliation Centre), post-grad students, international students, professionals, well-employed, or generally exceptional candidates for tenancy, please contact them, and us.

We are also renting the main floor of our home June 30th - August 10th. Five weeks, for one person, a couple, or couple with a child of a non-destructive age (ie: newborns) are welcome.

Best feature of the house in the summer: gargantuan deck overlooking private garden.

Oh, and always a treasured feature: our proximity to parks, the riverbank, festivals, ethnic restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, and downtown.
